Wonder who the notary was?

Deeds of conveyance in FL require two witnesses and a notary…who SHOULD be screening the signer for signs of dementia…this tells me if the signer truly was in Atlanta at the time it either was notarized after the fact with no personal appearance, or maybe a RON issue of malfeasance. Hrrmm. JMHO

The next question, what other illegal activity has she been into at work, as Director she got a lot of power. People don’t wake up one day and just start stealing, they usually have a history of it. Just follow the money.

Found some clarification…which really only makes it clear as mud…lol…oy what a mess!!
