May I ask, was there anyone in particular you had to contact to get paid?
I reached out to all on my initial info a couple weeks ago and again last week, now emails were rejected because they moved sites. I tried again via the new myzigsig domain emails and I am still unpaid.
I did email Adam at the new domain and he said he would look into it. That was a few days ago.
Admittedly, I am a bit grouchy after having to chase Gibbs Mason for payment and now ZigSig. I will accept its just a run of bad luck with non-payers and most clients do pay, but when fees are so low I want to get paid.
Appreciate all on this forum who share info and assist each other!

I emailed him an invoice, and he called because of that weird email that went out. Anyway, his phone number is 408-362-1957. I did get paid. I know he’s going crazy with the hack but perhaps things have smoothed out. Good luck and have a wonderful day.

Hello all ~ late to the party ~ Alice in WA. Emailed back and forth today with Adam Babish, President, ProLink Signing Service, 408.362.1957 ababish@theprolink.com He explained his website was taken over by a bad actor. The same happened to me with a different notary. Hope they get paid
Zigsig is now 60 days past due with no communication about payment as of today, August 17, 2024. So the June problems have evidently not improved over the last couple of months. Suggest caution dealing with them.
