Zigsig owner in trouble website wont load

Don’t know the full story, I don’t have any business with them but thought some one might.

I’ve been looking for information on this. I just started with them and I’ve only done one signing. Early this morning their website had some ominous warning with a photo of the owner and contact info for a financial crimes unit. But I can’t find anybody talking about it!

Trying zigsig.com takes me to a GoDaddy landing page (for pending domains). However, I can login if I use https://www.myzigsig.com

Hope this helps. BTW, I have an account there but have never worked with them.

Thank you; that worked! Something very weird happened there, but it’s good to see they’re still around. I was excited to get more signings from them!

Interesting turn of events with zigsig.

When I was able to access their website earlier today (see above), I updated my profile there. Had never heard from them before now.

A few minutes ago, I get an email from them telling me that notary Teresa Turner was inquiring about her payment for signing of April 5, 2024. I’ve been a notary public/certified signing agent since January 2006. Never have I acted as a signing service nor a title company. I don’t know how they (zigsig) confused me with whomever hired notary Teresa Turner. :confounded: Hopefully zigsig clears this up so Teresa gets paid. Maybe that’s why she’s not getting paid … they haven’t billed the correct party!

I received the same email. Must be some phishing scams going on.

I have a pending payment waiting over 30 days now with no traction. Still seeing the downed godaddy park site this morning. And I got an odd email that another notary was also inquiring about payment.

Hopefully they can fix these issues, and pay me & others

After responding to the “billing error” email from zigsig, I received the following reply:

"Hi! It looks like the notary submitted this to the wrong user. I will make sure it gets updated and sent to the correct party! Please also note our updated URL at myzigsig.com

Adam Babish

ZigSig

Perhaps those notaries awaiting payment should contact Adam Babish, President.

I got the same email about the same notary not getting paid! The signing was dated before I was even signed up with ZigSig. I think they changed website hosting (zigsig.com to myzigsig.com) over the weekend and things went very sideways.

Adam sent me an email yesterday and told me that the new website is myzigsig.com. I tried it but nothing came up.

I just clicked on your link - it works, although for me it also looks like it still needs work

I received the message below last night. I have no idea why I got it or what it means since I never did the signing referred to in the text. Phishing expedition, I guess. Be careful out there.

I got the same email, looks like they had a malfunction. I have not done work for them yet.

These events today prompted me to reach out to ZigSig again for payment. I thought I would share that emails to both info and Adam are being rejected by the domain.

Hopefully this is resolved soon!

@Bobby-CA Hi Bobby…would you please edit your post and remove the alleged borrower’s name…TMI for a public forum

TIA

I’m Teresa Turner and ZigSig was hacked late last week. It has caused a few problems for them. They are a good company and pay on time. For whatever reason, a payment was missed and I have now been paid.

Alot of people received it. There website was hacked last week and it’s being worked out.
