I am a Certified National Notary Signing Agent, and a member of National Notary Association (NNA). I have $100k E&O insurance and all my backgrounds are up to date. I pride myself in completing signings with extreme efficiency. I collaborate with title and mortgage companies as well as third party vendors to meet with borrowers, sellers, and buyers to facilitate paperwork regarding loans, purchases and sales of real property, heloc, refi’s, reverse mortgages as well as simple one signature docs. I ensure all lender requirements are met by conducting quality checks on loan documentation submitted. I return all signed documents to escrow companies immediately to ensure that there is no lapse in time to record documents as needed in the various entities involved. I cover San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino and Los Angeles Counties. I am punctilious to execute your signings accurately and professionally and happy to go the extra mile to put clients at ease.

When I’m not performing signings I’m an avid artist. I paint anything with a surface. My mediums are but not limited to Spray/Oil/acrylic paints, chalk, airbrush or free hand. I never use a stencil making all my art truly original and one of one. My kid like creativity is fueled by our three children whom I homeschool.
