What stood out to me- no name or location and wanting to send me documents to review as well as the wording. I replied back they could give me a call and we could discuss over a phone call and they needed to supply me with a name and meeting location for a quote. They insisted they needed to send me the documents as that was easier for them. I held firm to a phone call. They replied and said they were emailing me a document. I blocked and reported as spam. Trust your gut. It is ridiculous how many scammers there are out there.
