I have my first loan signing assignment tomorrow and I noticed that all the notary certificates came pre printed with the borrowers and co-borrowers names except one. the blank space is not enough for me to write both their names ( with middle name).this certificate is part of the borrower compliance agreement. how exactly do I notarize this? thank you
According to your profile, you’re in San Diego, CA. Going by that info, in CA, we can attach a California-compliant notarial certificate. You can find blank fillable forms on the SOS website.

One other note…..Don’t ever purchase blank acknowledgement or jurat forms from NNA or whoever else sells them. You can download whatever forms you need from the Internet and make however many copies you need to.
