I’m installing an AI-powered phone system to make calls and qualify potential leads. If anyone has a little time to help me test it, I’d really appreciate your participation.
In return, once the testing is complete, I’ll share the workflow and call pathway I created so you can adapt and implement it in your own customer-acquisition process. MP
We are all working to establish our place in the market, grow our businesses, and advance the ideas we believe in. You may call it telemarketing, but whether someone is self-employed or runs a larger business, there is one essential truth: clients cannot choose you if they do not know you exist.
With the tools available today, we have to use every reasonable method to keep our work visible, competitive, and sustainable. Whether it is called telemarketing, cold calling, cold emailing, outreach, or anything else, the label is not what matters.
To me, it is simple: people are working hard to make their services known, keep their businesses active, earn a living, and create opportunities for growth. MP
@monikap - It’s definitely true, we do have to find the ways to create an effective marketing strategies for finding new customers. Here’s my question, how will that system cope with “FTC’s National Do Not Call Registry”?
Thank you for raising the question about the FTC’s National Do Not Call Registry. It is an important point, and I appreciate the opportunity to clarify how I am approaching it.
Before considering any marketing campaign, I took time to review the relevant FTC rules and regulations, including the requirements related to the National Do Not Call Registry. The issue was previously brought to my attention, and it encouraged me to research the matter carefully so that any outreach would be handled responsibly.
I have also looked into phone-number registration and caller authentication with the carriers. My intention is to make sure that legitimate business calls are presented as clearly and professionally as possible, rather than being confused with spoofed or unwanted calls.
My proposal and message is not intended to overlook regulations or encourage intrusive contact. On the contrary, it is based on respecting the Do Not Call requirements, honoring any request not to be contacted, and maintaining an internal list so that people who are not interested are removed from future outreach.
The purpose is simply to create a thoughtful and ethical way to introduce services to people who may have an interest in them. We would always identify ourselves clearly, communicate honestly, limit contact appropriately, and respect every person’s preferences.
I believe that when outreach is done with transparency, care, and respect, it can help a business grow while also protecting the trust of the community we serve.
