Lately I have also been seeing fees from Wells Fargo for $40. My opinion is they are pond scum. I recall going into Wells Fargo branches and signing fees were $100 to $200. If they go through online notary brokers they offer less fees.

I’ve stopped taking Wells Fargo for that same $40 reason. Signing Services says the max Wells Fargo will pay is $75.
