Be ready for a bunch of buyer and seller deals! Investors are waiting to scoop deals too. I’m afraid there will be many short sales and foreclosures like in 2008-2010. The notaries will always have work to do I guess.

Definitely an increase in both in my area (western South Dakota). I made friends with a HECM LO in my area and she puts me down for all of her closings. I’ve also seen an increase in purchases and sellers. Refis are almost non existent. I see maybe 2 or so refis a week now where I used to see 10+ refis.
