Never ever take a closing from this company if you value your time . They will schedule with you then shop around after accepting your agreement to do closing and if they can find a notary that will do for lower they will remove you from closing stating that " lender said you cancelled with borrower" BEWARE. Then when you do closing for them you have to chase them down to be paid… UNBELIEVABLE
I don’t know if this title company services California, but it’s another to add to my list of “DO NOT WORK FOR.” Thank you for the heads up!
Which office is this
According to the title, It’s Armour Title.

I have had a couple of signings with them. I haven’t had any problems with getting paid but when trying to call them to negotiate the fee, their mailbox is always full and they do not answer their phones.
I received an assignment with them today and they want to pay $50.00 and I googled the address and it was 1 hour and 15 minutes one way from my home. That is not worth my time. I have tried to call them, mailbox is full, and they are not answering their phones. Turning it down.
Allison is a very nice lady if you can get in touch with her.
I’ve done several signings for Armour Settlement and haven’t had any issues with getting paid. The fees have been more than reasonable I have always received payment within 30 days. Allison is somewhat hard to get ahold of on the phone, but have had no problem with getting ahold of her via text.
I will not accept another job from them. I have only had two assignments with them and both did not sign. The first one I confirmed the appointment and went out to do my thing, and the first question out of his mouth was "You sure this isn’t a scam…Are you for real giving me 2.75%. I reassured him and he told me to come back tomorrow after he spoke to his wife. Needless to say, I went back to him all 3 times he asked me to come and he declined on the final attempt. I didn’t let it bother me or shake my confidence seeing this was my first declined signing. The second assignment went the same way. As I sat in these peoples home(while they were eating), they lectured me about how they felt like it was a scam and the miscommunication bwtn them and the lender/title co. I know I probably will not get paid for my time and effort(I’m still trying tho), or the whole ream of legal paper(not cheap) used. My shredder actually got some use. Has anyone had this issue with Armour title before, or was it just my time to have my signing streak broken(lol)?
I wish I would have saw your post before I accepted an assignment with this company. Last week they sent me to the wrong address, sent the closing packet to me for printing AFTER my closing appointment, and they still haven’t paid me for a completing closing I did prior to this one.
Worst title company ever.
Wow! How unethical. Thanks for letting us know.
I completed a job for them October 16, and have yet to be paid. Times like this, we all need our $$
Update: IDK if they read these posts and forums, but HEY THEY PAID ME!!! Went out to the mail box and I had two checks and I felt like a heel walking back. SO!!! Even though they paid me, I still have not and will not accept other job from them. I will take my luck and step away from that table. Just wanted to update this post…good luck Comrades.
I did a job that cancelled. This was in November. I even warned them the borrower was having an issue reaching the loan officer. After sitting through a very tense 30 minutes with no callbacks from bank or title, they refused to sign and I left. Still not paid for it. Not for an application signing in December either. Allison answers emails but nothing happens. Finally sent a full statement with invoice Feb. 1. Someone replied they would send check by mail. Nothing so far.
It’s frustrating because I worked for them many times last spring and early summer with no problems.
Worst experience- they haven’t paid me neither. I added Armour Title Services to my BAD BOY List.
