Corrine Hunt is the escrow officer not the signer, I would not list a borrowers name here Dominique. The file the cut and paste is from is from the signing you sent only signature pages from.
I have given this much thought, and am wondering if you misunderstood the instruction about scanning back just the signature pages of the Mortgage / dot and note and rtc? Just wondering IF you misunderstood and this is a possibility?
All I know is that I have been a notary and done signings for Coast to Coast Signings, formerly SoCal Signings since 2005. As a new notary back then, Lisa was always very kind and patient with me and I will never forget this. I have done over 500 signings with her and she has NEVER missed a payment. To complain about the fees is silly because no one is forcing you to do the jobs that are so small they don’t pay as much. That being said, if you are in and out of an appointment in 5-10 minutes for a loan modification, it still isn’t bad money. I have always respected Lisa

Update, Lisa has called me and has since paid me my fee for my work I completed last week via E-Check.
the check cleared everyone and I thank everyone for their support.
