I am new to loan signing. Got my first 2 signing scheduled one reverse mortgage and one refinance signing. I just received an offer assignment for a HELOC signing it’s pretty close to my home. They are only paying $50. Has anyone completed a HELOC before? How many pages did it contain?
HI there! It depends. Some Helocs are like 30 pages total, some I’ve come across are 130 pages. It’s really a mixed bag. BofA’s are pretty small and both copies are in the same download which is amazing!! Either way, you will crush it!! Good luck!
It varies . . . some HELOCs are less than 50 pages, but some are much larger +150 pages. Usually, the document package size is contingent upon the Lender. This is just another variable in our business sector that adds complexity to our price quote process. Good luck with your decision. 
Did you ever find out how big Citizens Heloc’s are? I’m getting offers for a few of them now too all for 50. I countered for 80 and haven’t heard back. Wondering if I’m overpricing myself out of an easy job
