Cloud Signings [SCAM]

Dear Fellow Notaries,

I am reaching out to ask for your assistance. I completed a signing on September 6, 2025, for Cloud Signings, owned by Mr. Gourav Duggal, and have not yet received payment for this assignment.

Since completing the signing, I have emailed Mr. Duggal four times but have not received any response. I also contacted the NNA, who recommended that I send their Sample Collection Letter, which I have done. Unfortunately, I still have not received any reply from Cloud Signings.

If anyone has advice on how to successfully contact the company owner or collect payment in situations like this, I would greatly appreciate your guidance.

There are numerous threads about Cloud Signings. The last report was they were in bankruptcy

Do a thread search using the looking glass in the upper right corner of the forum.

emailed 4X in 6 months. Try 4 X a day. They are well-known for non-payment. Also let Title know. Just be a PITA and never work for them again.

I have a job also pending for payment around the same time. I sent followup for payments to them several time and told them I was filing a complaint with my attorney general for bad business practices. Didn’t even respond. I’ll be sending my complaint tomorrow.

Contact Title immediately! As a last resort there is always the lender.
