I agree. As signing agents we don’t get any benefits from our SS. We have to pay, insurance (professional and auto), gas, toner, paper, equipment, vehicle wear and tear, tolls, parking, etc. We are fully responsible for our time, risk, and business equipment. The issue is that if a person has an employee mentality they are thinking about hourly wages, and when they think $30 an hour, they go, “WOW, That’s great!” Well, it isn’t because now they are responsible for paying all their overhead expenses and then pay themselves and Uncle Sam; and rest assured that taxes will be higher for this year 2021.
