i won’t buy a printer for my vehicle or scanner. its not cost effective especially for a newbie. happy to hear you have so much work you need them. God Bless

if you accept and get a package like that, tell them to up the fee or reassign
if you accept a package knowing its a re fi you asked for it …do it but see if they will give you a travel fee and or print fee
my re fi with scans is $125, close by or $150 -250 depending on travel time.
always figure $50/hour for your time include print and prep ( sign here stickers notarize etc)
travel time. Signing time ( 2 people on 150 pg. refi easy 90 minutes with review after signing) then scans and email minimum 45 minutes
then drive out to drop docs round trip is ? add it all up… that is your fees
I think a very reasonable fee for a refi. What do you think the realistic total fee for the scenario you have presented would be on the invoice…just curious?
The market is not very active …find something else to pay your bills

FYI, I’m still waiting on payment for two orders in June and July from Coast2Coast. They are not responding to my emails so I don’t know how trustworthy they are.
