8/3/04 Do they hire notary signing agents for these closings? I see that they have a charge.
As you can see, they have been successfully running this scam for 20 years.
They will sell listings as long as there are those to buy the listings. Most of us have passed at paying for a listing. I tried once. Proved to myself it was money wasted.
