I notice that when I’m doing a signing if I don’t mark it as completed within an hour I start getting messages to confirm completion. I’m still fairly new so. Full Refi or VA refi seems to take about an hour in a half. So either I’m still super slow or this is just sometimes that some SS’s do. It can be bothersome when sitting with signers and your phone is constant buzzing!

Tonight I had signers that read every single 155 pages 
From my experience, SigningOrder will automatically send an email an hour and a half after the signing to confirm completion. Don’t worry about how long it takes you, just make sure you didn’t miss anything! You will get better. VA refi’s DO take a little longer than a typical refi.
