Just wanted to drop a happy note about the last first va refi I had last week. I only missed one signature which was the nearest living relative form. I was nervous all weekend about that job. I was able to email the form to the borrower and get it back with 30 minutes! Whew that was a little rough on me but glad it worked out.

For future reference, whenever you miss a signature, you are required to go back to get the document signed in person, not email them a copy to sign and email back to you.
