So I finished a VA refi for notary go and the instructions say to email this that and the other then wait for instructions to fedx docs. Fedx is now closed and I still haven’t gotten the go ahead to fedx docs. This is my first refi with notary go. Is this a normal thing for them? Now I notice the appointment info is gone. Do they disappear after you say it’s completed?! Grrr this is a headache for me tonight. Still learning
