Hey All,
With a VA Refinance , the department of veterans affairs (paperwork) looks incomplete. Am I suppose to fill in with borrower? or just have them sign that the present information in correct?

VA refinances are really no more difficult than other re-fis. Just carefully look at the forms so you don’t miss any signatures, especially where the spouse had to sign even though he/she may not be on the loan. Also, carefully review the VA Addendum. Once you’ve done it a few times, it won’t be troublesome at all. Out of the last dozen Signings I’ve done, I would say at least half were VA re-fis.
