Escrow direct marketing as a new signing agent

When direct marketing to Escrow and title companies… Do you think its best to call and schedule an appointment or just walk in and introduce yourself?

I was an escrow officer for over 25 years in an office with over 8 teams. We were too busy for appointments and phone calls. Notaries that popped in with business cards and a tray of goodies were always welcome, just don’t do it at month end or the 1st of the month.

I wish i have escrow companies close enough to visit. Id have to drive an hour to start finding them.

In other words, you could be bribed? . Just kidding. Seriously though…did you ever hire any of them as a result of them just popping in like that?
