Finest Mobile Notary

Finest Mobile Notary (FMN) uses this acknowledgement form this because the customer does a Google search for a local notary calls FMN on the phone, FMN collect their credit card info over the phone for immediate payment. Then FMN gets on the phone to arrange for an actual local notary to perform the POA notarization or whatever. So FMN uses this form as back up in case there is an issue on their end with their customer’s CC transaction.

(I recommend replying to FMN’s assignment request via email with the notary’s Venmo or Paypal link so they can pay the notary instantly too. There is absolutely no need for a delay in payment to the notary in this instance. FMN got paid instantly (usually an exorbitant/premium amount) when the customer called them, the notary should also be paid instantly after performing the work.)

The hospitals in my area have a list of notaries they give to people who are in their hospital and need a Health Directive or Financial POA notarization. I know this because those people call me and tell me that is how they found me. When I am not available to help them, I urge them to go to the next notary name on the hospital’s list – an actual notary name, not a company like FMN. I also give them NotaryCafe.com and FindaNotary.com to search for an available notary. I explain that they will pay a hirer price if they call a signing service company like FMN because FMN then subcontracts the notarization to an actual local notary at a much lower rate.

Here are 2 successful techniques to reference.

Also, here are some additional business entity details that will be helpful with collection. Also, he has some more insights here.

Here are many of the reasons why most won’t accept Signing Orders [SOs] from that business entity.

You have to remember that most (not all) signing services consist of one individual running the company and, at most, a few employees doing the scheduling, hand-holding, etc. The bigger ones may (emphasize “may”) be a little more organized. To expect them to act like a big company and have seminars, etc. may be asking too much of them. These fly-by-nights that contact you out of the blue and say that they found you on some directory are best left ignored.

@Sooz & @kellyaguilar6473 Were you paid?

I have not. I started texting and calling from a different number and they finally responded and said that they would check with accounting. I also got a response to my email stating they apologized for the delay and would check into it. I will update you if I get paid.
