To everyone who was defrauded by Finest Mobile Notary, please contact me privately. I am composing a complaint to be filed with the US Attorney’s office for computer fraud, theft of services, etc. I am a retired police officer and specialized in fraud as a detective. The aggregate amount owed to us likely won’t reach the federal threshold, but I’m sure there will be enough for either the Florida Attorney General’s office or the local district attorney, and the Florida Dept of State to take action.
I can be contacted directly via email at daniel.jones@citellc.org if you wish to participate. I will need your assignment emails/texts, attempts to follow up for payment, etc. if you wish to participate.
Update
I started some research and have found the following
they are not a registered entity in Florida
their mailing address is a shared office/workspace called 980spaces (980spaces.com if you want to look yourself)
they have no registered agent
I’v notified the Florida Secretary of State Notary and business sections.
So, I’ve been doing some more research. Finest Mobile Notary is actually Sauve Vending, LLC, 980 North Federal Highway, Suite 110, Boca Raton, Fl 33432, FEI Number 84-4279603, Manager is listed as Knowledge A Suave, same address. Second manager is Ally-Tai Harriott, 919 Georgian Point Dr., Lawrenceville, GA 30045.
Florida Entity number L19000102145.
Complaints can be filed at compliants.fdacs.gov with the Florida Dept of Agricultural Consumer Affairs division.
I’ve always felt they were overseas because their English is so poor. I don’t care if they pay on time. I find them creepy, mainly because every time they contact me about a job, they say they found me online. I’ve done about 10 jobs for them over the past few years. And they lie about the extent of the job every single time.
What do they lie about? You have me curious.
Lie is a strong word, so I will say FMN is prone to misinform/mislead. When they call, FMN may tell you that it is a single notarization and no scans are required and that the customer will take care of the document afterwards – that you simply need to go there, confirm ID of signer, perform the notarization, and depart. And then FMN may turn around and send you a document that they tell you must be signed and notarized by you and scanned back to them in order to get paid. And not uncommon when you arrive at the signing, you find it is not just one notarization – it is several. I find this is a common theme with FMN and is why I clarify my rate with them when they call me. I tell them based on what they tell me, my rate is X but if I arrive and it is a different situation, the final fee will also be different. I charge a travel fee of X and notarizations are $15 per notarization. And I require same-day payment from them with a QR code or Venmo link.
Thank you for there clarification and explanation . I can see why you’d have to interact with them like that . That is very misleading and deceptive.
Finest hired me to notarize a “title to a car." That seemed unusual. When I got there, it was a transfer of title from a trust to the trustee. A perfectly normal deed. Super easy and they paid me quickly.
Excellent, glad it turned out to be precisely what they hired you for and that you were paid promptly. Curious, did they request an representative acknowledgement since it was a trust, or individual acknowledgment? Or did you just notarize the transfer form?
Some people hire a notary for title transfer rather than go to a state motor vehicle licensing office in an attempt to avoid paying a use tax and other fees on the vehicle.
Either way, glad you had a positive experience.
I just ran their website on ICANN and they’re located in Iceland…

William, don’t be too concerned about the Icelandic registry… not uncommon for companies to opt for private registration, so they don’t have to share their business contact info publicly. Supposedly this is to protect from potential spam and even identity theft, BUT it also makes it that much harder to pin them down when payment issues arise. The domain hosting company for FinestNotaryServices.com is a U.S. based company called namecheap.com
I did a job for them in September and still no payment. I’ve had no luck with demand letters and emailing, leaving voicemail as no one ever answers. I reported to BBB. Still no luck. I should have known better!
@kellyaguilar6473 Sorry to read about the non-payment status with this business entity.
Below are 2 posts that you’ll find insightful & helpful for your collection efforts:
.
Step-By-Step Collection Guide:
Information About Theft of Services:
Also, please Remember to honor yourself by learning vicariously from the direct experience of others.
Your fellow Business Owners have submitted & shared their direct experiences in a sincere effort to help others avoid the pitfall in which they were (unfortunately) ensnared . . .
Remember that the Non-Paying business entities will “tell a tale” that is not only convincing, but also believable as they seek out their next victim.
. . . Don’t take the bait!
If you do - the status for that Signing Order [SO] will soon fall within the Category of Non-Payment.
The end result is that their business continues to operate & it will then ensnare other business owners who are (sadly) unsuspecting/too-trusting/desperate to receive a SO.

This is weird, when I did a job in Oct I got paid in ten days. Did you send them the scan of what you notarized? I went to a nursing home and notarized a power of attorney and had to send them the stamped copy for them to authorize payment.
I did, a POA at a hospital and sent it, via text and email.
Not sure what this is for, Joe? I wouldn’t stamp that actually since it’s not a notarization, but I’d fill it out. I think I’ve seen it before or something like it. When they ask for the ID copy like that, I use the Adobe scan on my phone and then add it to the scan when I get home.
Quote: “I think I’ve seen it before or something like it.” Don’t be coy, you completed this form to get paid by “Finest”. My Lawyer client refused to sign it for obvious reasons.
Actually, the last time I worked for finest, I went to a nursing home. I signed a power of attorney. I scanned a copy of the power of attorney. I notarized. I sent it to them and I got paid. I don’t remember the last time I saw that form and I’m not trying to be coy.
