Avoid this company at all cost! If Roe calls run! They don’t pay, they don’t list their contact info and business info for a reason! It’s a scam company! If you like working for free give them a shot! If not avoid this company! There is a reason they can’t contact you through signing order and Snapdocs !
Probably banned from those platforms for bad practices!
Avoid this company at all cost! Plenty other companies out there to work with that are backed by Snapdocs and signing order!

Also, here are a few threads that will assist you in achieving payment for your professional services successfully provided:
I’ve done a few jobs for them and got paid for notarizations. I haven’t been paid for a witness role where I gave a lot of support to the leading notary. I’ve had them reach out to take on other assignments and I’ve refused because I haven’t been paid for this little witness job. I keep getting told they will look into it.
I’ve called them and been put on terminal hold (what we used to call it in my collections days). It’s only $35, but it’s the principal, don’t hire people and not pay them, it’s just wrong
they’ve been really good to me, they ask you to fill out a completion form have you seen that before maybe that could be a reason you’re not receiving payment. they also pay by e-check
In case anyone wants to know, they are located in Miami, FL, but I can’t find a single item on the Internet about their business. Shouldn’t we find the documents they filed with the state? Nothing.
They have horrible reviews on Yelp too. Most are one-star reviews.
Here’s what happened yesterday: A customer called me asking me to come today to notarize a document. I thought we had an appt (and I only charged her $50 total), but then an hour later, I get a text from FINEST/CRAPPIEST offering me this very same signing. I recognized it because of the location and document type. Then the signer canceled on me. She apparently had already booked with them before calling me. She said they wouldn’t let her cancel and it was more than 24 hr notice too. She didn’t say what she paid but stated she wish she had known about my service. For that reason, I don’t mind saying I think they’re horrible and I’ve worked for them a few times and have always gotten paid. But they do lie about a number of things-- the amount of work and what is required.
Why do you think there is no record of them online??
This also gets me. Every time they text me for a job they say they have found my name on some database. Shouldn’t they already have me in their own database?? And they never call - they only text. To me that’s just bad business. I respond well to those who take the time to call and give me instructions!
I have signed for them and been paid. They are usually last minute scheduling but I always negotiate it based on it being a last minute scheduling and ask for higher fee. If I have to fit in my schedule last minute I will ask for more fee. Korina has been my contact. see below
Many people would rather communicate by text message than phone, and that has become increasingly apparent since the rise of smartphones. It really kind of depends on the nature of the message and the urgency. As with most things, good judgment comes into play.
Why is “getting paid” the gold standard for notaries? Just because they pay their notaries, it doesn’t mean they’re not scammers. They’re scamming the public with overpriced fees. I would definitely call it a scam. They’re located in Florida and manage to get nationwide customers by paying the CRAPPIEST to the notary and charge the customer the HIGHEST rates ever. They make this notary industry look like some bottom feeder garbage that takes advantage of the public. As public servants, does this kind of service align with your values? Not me!
@notary81Thank You for sharing your direct experience with this business entity.
Concur percent with your business decision to **“Avoid this company at all cost!”
It certainly appears that a very negative reputation is being developed by that business entity within this industry.

Please Remember to honor yourself by learning vicariously from the direct experience of others.
Your fellow Business Owners have submitted & shared their direct experiences in a sincere effort to help others avoid the pitfall in which they were (unfortunately) ensnared . . .
Remember that the Non-Paying business entities will “tell a tale” that is not only convincing, but also believable as they seek out their next victim.
Don’t take the bait!
If you do - the status for that Signing Order [SO] will soon fall within the Category of Non-Payment.
The end result is that the business continues to operate & it will then ensnare other business owners who are (sadly) unsuspecting/too-trusting/desperate to receive a SO.
The worst part is that they lie about everything. They tell you it’s just one document and then you get there and you find out the documents aren’t even there yet and it’s a full package. They charge the signer an exorbitant amount. How is it that we are held to strict standards and the laws are getting even tougher for us, yet signing services overcharge and get away with not paying the notary! How is that possible? Because the little guy always gets screwed and we’re the little guy.
