Hello all - I got a call from Arianne to complete a Power of Attorney on 8/27/2025. She stated the payment would arrive in 2-3 business days. We are on 8th business day. Did not respond to my text and both emails with my invoice sent. Definitely responding the day of the signing to get the task completed but when it is time for payment, signing services like this one don’t see to provide the same professionalism. Why is that? Very discouraging.
I refuse to work with this company. They charge the signer $150-$200 for 1 signature and only give us $50 for a general notary appointment. They then require photos of the document, which is absolutely none of their business since they didn’t provide the document.
Most signing services do not pay in 30 days. Only seven business days have passed. I wouldn’t be too concerned until you reach a couple of weeks, anyway. I occasionally do work for these guys and I always get paid, usually within a couple weeks.
In my past experience, they are usually pretty responsive and quick to pay. Too bad I exposed their exploitation of innocent signers laid up in a hospital bed.
Actually signingorder pays twice a month and so does snapdocs. jot is ten days and MC is about 2 weeks. Where do you get the most signing services do not pay in 30 days? I find that to be completely inaccurate from my experience.
When I am assigned it is not the platform (SnapDocs, signing order, etc.) that pays but the company that is hiring you. I currently have 5 assignments overdue 2 weeks or more. Two of those are 35 + days. Of course I will make a note for the future now that I know how long it takes them. It is hard to vet with mix reviews online. So you just take a leap of faith and try it out.
I’ve worked with them several times and always get paid within 3 days. The one time it was a little longer, I called them, and it was resolved immediately. Got funds the next day.
The signing was 8/27/2025. Sent my invoice the same day after the signing was complete and provided my completion report they request.
8/28/2025 got an email stating it was received, no one’s name is listed in the email (mobile@finestnotaryservices.com) when responding to my email.
9/8/2025 sent a follow up email regarding payment. The next day i get this response “I’ve checked with our Finance Team and wanted to let you know that the payment has been sent. Please search for “Finest Notary Services” in your email inbox. If you don’t find it, please let me know.”
I let them know the only emails I have with the “Finest Notary Services” are the invoices that I have sent.
9/10/2025 Called 833-683-3463 no response, 307-683-3463 no response
At this point I can assume I am being ignored and they probably won’t pay me like the rest of the notaries that have complained about this company.
the website has 866-875-9890. From Florida right? There’s a scheduling email at the website also. They have a social media presence as well. 8/27 to 9/10 is barely two weeks. Why do you think they aren’t going to pay you?
From seeing all the negative reviews of non payment. The company said 3 business days, it’s been 2 weeks. I called the number you provided and selected prompt #3 for missing payments. I will see if they call me back. Thank you!
If you’re referring to Finest Mobile Notary, I usually get quick simple orders from them for $50 to go and notarize short documents, usually only one stamp. No printing is involved and I have never had an issue being paid by them. I’m sorry that you’re experiencing this unnecessary delay in getting paid. Hopefully, you’re able to get paid soon.
