There was no attorney referenced in the paperwork. Ive gone back through paperwork i received and while in hindsight it is highly suspicious, none of the pages recieved had any contact info. It was simply information pages to be completed and notarized.
It feels purposeful to limit recourse.
Are one of the documents a “Statement of Authorization”? If so, John Bohren name is there. That’s how I got his info. Regardless, John works with Gibbs and Mason. Gibbs and Mason are not attorneys. They get the clients and John is the attorney that represents the clients in the foreclosure process. It’s a partnership. That’s what I found when I did my research… I was just passing on the info. Maybe I’m confused. I didn’t realize you were just venting, I thought you were looking for solutions on how to collect the money for your services. I was trying to help. You don’t have to use the resources I provided. Good luck.

If you have a contact for anyone that will answer calls, emails or provide mailing label for thei documents i would greatly appreciate it. Ive emailed 6 times to 2 contacts wo response and left 3 voicemails on 2 lines without a call back.
Im not venting simply to vent i am trying complete the transaction and provide their documents to them and also get paid for services completed.
I will try your suggestions with John but he was not listed on any of my documents so I will need to be sensitive that he may be unrelated to this matter. Thank you!
Just curious… did u read my intial response? All the info is there that you need. I was giving you the info so that you could get paid.

Hello @notary64 Yes! I was able to reach them thru the contact info you provided and the Attorney did get the “team” @gibbsmason to respond to my emails requesting payment.
Thank you for the assist on this and I am happy to report that payment has now cleared the bank.
I would share as note to others that it took several emails to get payment, even after the attorney was involved the “team” disappeared again with no response until I again notified attorney that they did not make payment as committed. Additionally, they were unable to pay via the original method but we did work past that to another method.
All’s well that ends in getting payment for service, but I have never had so much difficulty with any other title or client for payment.
That’s great! I’m glad I was able to assist and you were finally able to get paid. I had to do something because it just didnt sit will with me. I just wanted to get paid for the service thst I provided. Hopefully they will start doing the right thing. I’m sure the attorney isn’t pleased.
