Who pays to be on this site??? I thought it was just forums and information.
Hi Carmen, I have 25 years of experience in general notary, but this is my first year being a signing agent…I just moved to the area in 2019 just before covid. Any suggestions regarding counties.
Hi Karen… it’s OK that we live in different states. If you are signed up to serve just a couple counties, and if you don’t feel you are busy enough, consider expanding your service area and making sure online profiles reflect that. Or write something in your bio that indicates how far you are willing to travel.
As for which counties, start with the counties surrounding the one you live, then expand. Adjust prices to compensate for travel so you don’t lose profit.

Paying for a upgraded membership is no promise of receiving business. When you pay for an upgraded membership you are just paying for more exposure for your profile. But, you still have to present an attractive profile so that individuals and companies will choose to use you. Your profile is your “resume,” it doesn’t matter how many people see your resume, if they don’t find your resume attractive or if they don’t think that you fit what they are looking for to fill the position they will not select you.
I did an interview with Mike from Notary Café a few months ago that gives insight on how Notary Café works and we even gave some suggestions about things that you can do to make your profile more attractive so that you will have a better chance of being selected for business!!

Hey Shemerenss, I have just started getting assignments from this site and I have been a member since June. I must say that things changed for me when I started looking at the training video’s on YouTube from Coast2Coast. They have excellent advise and encouraged us to make sure our profile’s have everything needed at a glance. I changed my profile and I am receiving a lot of business from Snapdocs because Coast2Coast said if we watched their training videos email them and let them know and they will move you up on the snapdocs platform to receive assignments. I did it and it worked. My assignment from this site came from Notarize247. Hope this helps.

Ok, yeah, it’s not a question of where my clients come from. I know where they find me. It’s a question that this site advertises certain metrics for a paid subscription and it has generated zero leads.
But thanks for feeling like you need to educate me on how to run a marketing metric diagnosis, something I didn’t ask about.
