Have signing today need help?

Can someone tell me what i am supposed to put where question mark is im not exactly sure but i think maybe their Driver License acknowledging their Identity im not really sure it’s confusing

No. The blacked out portion contains the signer’s name, so why would you repeat it? Sometimes it helps to just read it out loud and hear what makes sense. Try it yourself using the example above.

I would put the signer’s name even though it’s redundant. (Or the pronoun would be correct as well.)

I’ve found that several notarial pages are incorrect or inconsistent in some documents I’ve signed. It’s frustrating.

I’d recommend not struggling to figure it out. Attach your own Loose Leaf Certificate and keep it moving. I don’t try to figure these puzzles out because every state seem to have their own wording for Notarial Certificates. FL is very specific. If the wording doesn’t tick all 9 points of my certificate, I say “see attached notary certificate”, initial and date.
