How Do I Cancel My Pro Membership?

To cancel your Pro membership:

  1. Login to your account at www.notarycafe.com

  2. Select “Account Settings” from the dropdown menu at the top of the screen

  3. Click “Membership Payment” on the right side of the screen

  4. Click the “Remove” button next to “Existing Auto Renew Plan” and “Current Card”

Once your current Pro membership expires, your profile automatically revert to a free, Basic membership. If you would like to deactivate your profile completely and remove it from our database of active notaries, please contact us.
