How to know what verbiage to use on affidavit or jurat

How do you know when to use the title or verbiage on your notorial section.
Example: Do I write John Doe, or John Doe personal representative, or John Doe, personal representative of the John Doe estate?
Any takers on this one?

Regarding notarial verbiage, you should check out your state’s statutes. Your state will provide examples of the Jurat and Acknowledgment notarial verbiage. In Florida, our state has various notarial certificates. For example, certificates for Trustees, corporate, Power of Attorney, etc, for the Notary Public/Loan Signing Agent to use and instructions on how . May I suggest that you seek out a mentor for guidance. If you are a member of NNA, you can call their hotline for advice and they have forms for each state.
