I performed a job for this company back in July 2024, I still have not been paid. Yet I continue to receive emails from this company wanting me to perform more services. I reached out to the Notary Dash rep who provided me the details of the job. She asked that I wait because some companies take longer to pay than others. But it should not take more 6 months. There is not contact information to call directly. Has anyone else resolved payment information with this company?
So sad she’s still at it and getting away with it…Notary Dash = Prestige Notaries = Jennifer Garland - and every other company she’s formed and every other name she’s used. She, obviously, does not have enough capital to back her businesses.
IMO this woman should be behind bars. She does not pay. Search here for more info about her. I, thankfully, have never fallen victim to her practices.
You can deactivate yourself from notary dash. Which is what a lot of us have done because of slow slow slow payment.

I would do some searching - a deep dive on Investor Bootz - make sure this is not another one of her companies - find out who the principals are.

It’s amazing I posted on here and also reached out to the company after they sent me another job I made it clear I was no longer taking jobs from them because they don’t pay timely.

investor bootz subscribed me to their platform without my permission and then requested me for a signing that was dated for a week ago…strange

I have had them reach out directly to me . I have one job “pending” from them for a home inspection and photos , the home owner is selling in
May and the current tenant has been ill so we put the job in pending status . Prior they contacted me like 3 months ago or so for a refi , it was WEIRD! They didn’t have docs ready , didn’t know what was going on, then later like after a few days that same address came up on snap docs assigned to me by a whole different TC
Investorbootz owes me over $700.00 and no access to accounting by phone, they do not answer. I will try and contact the owner. Thanks for the information.
