It has been terrible here in Wyoming.. Normally I get at least 8 closing and sometimes 16. Last month only 4 this month only 2

October was a very slow month for me in Virginia, worst month of this year for me, any other experienced the same?

November and December were really good months for me. The end of January and first week of Feb have been horrible and I only have one scheduled so far this week. I’m located between Richmond and Charlottesville.

Business here has been non-existent going into three weeks, although I’ve been told by the largest title co. in the U.S. that business in my area is up 30% vs. this time last year.
