Mobile Notary Office Set-Up - For Sale (WA)

Any notary signing agents in western Washington looking to increase their productivity and income potential?

I’m selling my mobile office equipment. This includes:

–Brother HL-L6200DWT dual tray printer (imperative for loan signing)

–Epson ES-500WII scanner

–High capacity Weize Deep Cycle AGM 12 Volt 100Ah battery

–Volt Works 2000w DC 12V to 120V ETL puresine wave inverter

–Schumacher 15A Car battery charger.

These are all the things you will need, other than a mobile phone and laptop to establish a hot spot and access/download your documents. I can help you set these up and show you how they work.

I also have a custom-made “desk” for my Honda CRV, which may or may not fit your automobile. If this fits your car, I will give it to you free of charge along with your purchase of the printing/scanning equipment.

$700 for all of the above. I will meet you anywhere in the greater Puget Sound area (King, Snohomish, or Pierce County).

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Honestly $700 for a full mobile setup doesn’t sound bad if everything’s in good shape - dual tray printers are a lifesaver for loan signings since you’re constantly printing mixed doc sizes.

Would you consider selling the printer separately? How much use has it had, and what would you want for it?

Yes, I purchased the entire set up for double that price. Today, with inflation, it would cost even more. It’s a pretty good deal and has been so useful, especially the Epson scanner!

Yes, I would, for $250. Are you in the Seattle area? I bought the printer used from another signing agent and tbh I really didn’t use it that much because I used my home Brother printer (an exact replica of the one in my car) for most of my printing. To give you an idea, I think I only have needed to replace the toner one time.

Can you email me? I live in Bonney Lake.
