Hello everyone! Does anyone have any tips or things to know regarding mobile notary office setup (scanner and printer) specifically for a plug-in hybrid setup? I am fairly new. I see multiple videos regarding this topic with the battery/inverter setup, but since I have a plug in the back hatchback of the SUV, I don’t think I would need this. I know some might be car-specific, but any tips on this subject would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Accessing the database to locate information about potential clients has saved many of us an inordinate amount of time ‘chasing’ payments for Services professionally provided to potential non-payers . . . 
As it looks like you are really new to this (joined 4 days ago), the best advice I can give you is do a lot more research (available free here–just read/heed) on the current and future state of this declining market/fee business BEFORE you invest another dime.
Specifically, see how many competitors you have and what your expenses are before you make a big mistake. FWIW: I’ve been doing this for over 3 decades without what you’re thinking about buying…and I sure as heck wouldn’t do such an equipment upgrade unless I saw the need–which I doubt you have right now. Wait & see.

Yes, I am new to this forum and website. I do appreciate your valuable feedback; however, the first three reply comments regarding my post have not been related to my question regarding PHEV setup and tips from those with experience with it. They have just been caveats and warnings to the industry as a whole, so I am a little confused. Yes, I am totally aware of the current real-estate market and how it ebbs and flows in relation to interest rates. I absolutely understand that due to high interest rates, the loan signing industry is not what it was in 2020. Thank you.

As a business owner, the onus is upon you to perform due diligence & Research to make your own determination in regard to ANY business decision that you’ll be making regarding an investment in your business.
