I’m a longtime notary also, but just starting out as loan signing agent. I’ve done 6 loan signings and average about 30-40 min. Do you get biz from Notary Cafe? I’m signed up at Snapdocs and NNA. The other signing lists/agencies wanted 2yrs experience or 200 signings. I’m trying to find out what lists to be on where I’ll get biz since I’m starting out. Any help is appreciated!! TIA!

Can someone tell me the trick to winning assignments. I get a notice as a text and usually i hit it and it says it has been assigned already or they will get back if I get it but I have only gotten 2 that way out of maybe 15.
