Hello everyone,
I have NNA now it is time for me to renew next month, Is this something I have to have in order to do loan signing?

Many of the larger, well-known title companies require the NNA & certification and you don’t have to purchase an NNA membership to buy those 2 items from them.

Greetings @yolicue -

Apologies, but i re-read this three time and I am not understanding which is the “second item” you are referring to. Could you kindly elaborate? : “Many of the larger, well-known title companies require the NNA & certification and you don’t have to purchase an NNA membership to buy those 2 items from them.”

Thank you in advance.

Karina

@TIME2SIGNSTACYNOTARY Building upon the previous comments, I want to add that the National Notary Association (NNA) membership fee can offer substantial value, particularly if you actively engage with the resources they provide. Specifically, the NNA hotline and the informative content found in their blogs and newsletters can be incredibly beneficial for staying current with industry changes and best practices. I’ve personally been an NNA member for the last ten years, and I’ve found the hotline to be a valuable resource on occasion, almost like having access to a virtual mentor who can offer guidance when needed. It’s really nice to have someone to bounce ideas off of when I need some questions answered or to make sure I’m thinking things through correctly. At the end of the day, you have to decide for yourself if the membership brings value to your business.

Hello Mr. Fletcher,

I was not aware of all the resources they have. That’s why I asked if NNA was worth keeping, I guest im not getting the results I’m looking for. I did recently enroll in some different agencies. And gathering up a better plan to market myself. I will go ahead and renew with NNA going forward, and start thinking outside the box, because what I’m doing is not working for me. I appreciate the information you gave me, I will definitely look into their website and find the resources they have.

Thanks again

Stacy
