Same. I am signed up with well over 100 SS and have not gotten anything from Snapdocs. I am ranked “high” but during some research, I noticed there is a ton of other SA in my area, so I am thinking now that it is saturated. Most of my business (sadly, not enough to make a small living) comes from direct.
I read another post from someone who gave some great tips and shared that this is a marathon and takes time to build the business. While it is hard not to get down, I am trying to keep this advice in mind.

Interesting. I’m a Pro member. When I put in MY zip code, I am at the top since I am the only one in my zip. When I put in the next town, which is larger and creates more volume, I am towards the bottom of the list even tho I am only 7 miles away. All other notaries above me are located more than 20 miles away but the little icon to the side says “0 miles”. I’m sure this glitch is impacting me getting local requests. Since I pay for the PRO membership, you would think this would be MORE accurate.
