What do you guys do when the notarial certificate is on a page on its own? Sometimes they have a footer that states what the certificate goes with, but I just got a refi package where nothing is noted anywhere. It is just the notarial page on its own.
I add page number to the bottom of the page. Page 1 of 2 and 2of 2

do not notarize a blank sheet ever.
Is it an APA (All Purpose Acknowledgement)? If so, we in FL can’t sign them - the cert must be tied to a document.
If it’s supposed to go with something but there’s just no notation, I would add verbiage at the top such as “This certificate is attached to a document entitled _________ dated ________ 2021 consisting of ____ pages, inclusive”.
