Hello Everyone, I am looking for advice on which business platform some of you have used to keep your business in order. I tried Notary Gadget early on in my career which was way to much time to set up. I see there is another software company who has joined the ranks. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I honestly love Notary Gadget. I am sure there is probably some fancier more innovative platform out there, but NG gets the job done for me. The ability to import from various signing platforms, to adding to my Google calendar. I’m genuinely pleased with it.
I’ve tried both Notary Assist and Notary Gadget, and I landed on NotaryGadget. While Notary Assist is great, it was more complex to set up. For me, I feel it’s easier to add signings, expenses, etc into NotaryGadget, and I like the flow of it, and my accountant always remarks on how organized all of my tax information is. Try both and see which works best with the way you work.
I believe both offer a free trial, I prefer notary assist personally. Both have great customer service .
Because of your recommendation along with others for Notary Assist, I FINALLY have switched over from my old school ways of invoicing from Word and plugging the information into Excel. I know how crazy that sounds but I did that for over 2 year because I was trying to save the money. I paid for the yearly plan and just now realized that the break down is less than $2.00 a week. Now that I am completely transitioned over, I realize how much time I wasted on doing things my way. Thank you!!

I know that’s a great feeling/sense of Relief! After all, I did it the same way you did => every step manually, then converted & was simply ELATED with the ease of use, tax preparation, background coding of Fees, Mileage, etc.
