Notary Assist, Notary Gadget or something else?

Hello Everyone, I am looking for advice on which business platform some of you have used to keep your business in order. I tried Notary Gadget early on in my career which was way to much time to set up. I see there is another software company who has joined the ranks. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
