If you’ve endured a negative Signing Order with this business entity, please share your direct experience. Thanks!
I have not been paid from a 12/2022 signing although notary dash guaranteed the check was in the mail. Certainly not payment dash.
@vamccall You may be able to discover some of the successful techniques utilized by others in the threads I’ve referenced (see above).
Also, there is a Step-By-Step Guide available for collection of fee non-payment:
I will agree with you!
Thank you for sharing this
If anyone is not paid, notify the company in question and inform them that you are going to file a complaint with the Attorney General in their state and with the Better Business Bureau. That will get results. They are afraid of investigation and having their license removed.
I had a similar issue with them. I never knew I was supposed to invoice them for EVERY assignment. So I finally emailed their accounting department, and I was able to get a hold of Heidi the manager for their department. She worked with me, and I received all my back pay from 2021 to present which totaled over 1300 dollars. I have not had an issue with them. I wait the allotted 37 days after my initial invoice and if still I have not received payment, I send them a follow up email asking to provide me with proof of payment has been sent. I have not had any issues since.
I blocked them the first year I worked. I got 11 assignments in one month and waited about 3 months to get paid. When it happened a 2nd time I blocked them.
OMG no wonder why I haven’t gotten paid by them! Thank you
Yes make sure you are invoicing them at Accounting@Prestigeinc.com
Please include Prestige Notaries’ Order # (not File #), Signer’s last name, appointment date, and contracted notary fee. INVOICES ARE PAID NET 37 DAYS AFTER IT’S RECEIVED ON FRIDAY!
Thank you so much!

Yes, as long as you play their game, you will get paid…eventually. Consider anything under 60 days a “win”.
Anyone else find it interesting that some of the companies like Prestige have notaries reporting trouble getting paid while others do not? For instance, I have completed 4 assignments for Prestige recently and have had no issues with payments. Wonder why the difference? For sure its not anything I’m doing any differently than anyone else. I’m just curious.
I actually decided I’d give them another go today when it became a third signing of the day within ten miles. Net 37 is better than the net 57 they used to have and they do have specific instructions for the invoice requirements which are new. So we’ll see. I do like Jennifer she always has an answer if you need help. And that’s the best thing when the company who hires you can answer questions. I have many companies that say I have to send your question to title. So we’ll see.
