How does that work if notary’s have to stamp?
The law in a particular state that allows remote online notarization specifies if a stamp is required, and if so, how it is to be done. What state are you in?

If it’s the first question, we use an encrypted digital notary stamp to electronically stamp a document. Check your state’s guidelines on how you can become a remote online notary. Keeping it simple, “in person or online” notarization are performed using similar steps, except online notarizations use various encryptions processes to complete a notarization.
