Orders from Notary Resume/Signing Order

HI Everyone!

I accepted 2 orders from the Job Board on Notary Resume. The dashboard shows a green “yes” on my replies section, but I am not able to access anything nor have I received a text or email confirming that it has been assigned to me. I’ve been searching for ways to contact/communicate with them to confirm the order has been assigned to me, but I don’t see any way to message them or even a phone number.
Now one of the 2 assignments I “think” I accepted has a time conflict. It appears the date changed and now both are only an hour apart!

Anyone out there who has worked with them, I assume they have to send a confirmation?

Anyones experience with them is greatly appreciated!

I’m having same issue. Accepted an order on signingorder.com and haven’t received anything yet.

I have been having the same issue. I no longer receive a text from them. I can only access orders through the job board. I see there is a green thumbs up on an order I accepted last night but I have not received confirmation email or anything from them confirming the order has been assigned to me. This is very frustrating. I understand they are a platform and not a signing company but they need to have better ways for us to be able to resolve issues such as this. When I reached out to customer service I did not receive a clear response to my question. Anyone with any knowledge about how to resolve this issue is greatly appreciated.

So I am not the only one. I accepted my orders last night as well, and now that I think of it, I did see a red banner like notice. However I don’t remember exactly what it said. Perhaps you saw it. I do remember it was something related to their system. Maybe there is a problem. Not sure. Hopefully we get some kind of response. My orders are for tomorrow, hope I receive something soon. What number did you call? I couldn’t even find a number. I’ll keep you posted if I receive anything.

When is your signing? Mine is for tomorrow, one was supposed to be today, but I noticed the date changed. Please let me know if you receive any response from them, I’ll be sure to come back here and post if I receive a confirmation. Hope this gets resolved :crossed_fingers:t2:

General question:

Without a written confirmation of appointment and agreed fee - do you folks keep the time slot open, and if so, for how long?

Just curious.

Is anyone still receiving text messages from them for available orders? I just checked my account and the extra 20 zip codes I paid for are all incorrect. Does anyone know if there is an issue with their website? There is no number to call. You can only email their tech dept. the red banner they had running across their site last night was in reference to not refreshing your dashboard page.

I haven’t until I get the signing order

I haven’t been getting any texts lately myself

Have you used them before? Or are you fairly new to working with them? This is my first time with them, so idk if this is normal for them or if indeed there is some kind of technical problem. I also haven’t upgraded because I wanted to see how things worked with them first.

Mine is for tomorrow evening

I just checked the one I accepted and it said “No Longer Available”

I would wait a couple of hours until I get confirmation

Oh, the neverending joy of platforms that don’t work.

Did you have the “green thumbs up” before

I’m checking mine now

I just went to the job board, under my “replies” my orders are still showing there with a green “yes” under response. However, I click on it and it does nothing.

My practice used to be 30 minutes - would hold time open for 30 minutes - but that was “back in the day” when we ACTUALLY GOT PHONE CALLS!!! LOL! When they said “I have to get that approved” I told them I would hold the time for 30 minutes and the appointment was pending receipt of a written confirmation (said politely, of course) - just so they understood.

I seriously don’t know how you people can stand working like this. I really feel for all of you. Like Sheila:

“I just checked the one I accepted and it said “No Longer Available”” -

And here she was planning on it…unreal.

No, it was just a green “yes” button

Things are really are different now. Technology is great, but not always :joy:
