Hmmm…a part of me wants to say it’s a website issue but the other half of me is not sure. I have two orders I accepted yesterday still showing the green thumbs up button but nothing in my queue. Nor have I received a confirmation email. The one order I did for them on 6/30 isn’t even showing up in my completed orders.
That’s where I’m at with them. Green button, no text or email confirmation, signings for tomorrow. It does sound like a website issue.
Ok…it must be an system issue.
I have learned from signingorder that even if you say you are available, if they don’t send you an email confirmation, they sent the order to someone else. Whenever I am picked, I get an email right away.

What was your experience on your 6/30 order with them? Did you receive a response right away?
Oops…sorry…my error… 
Yes, but I received that order from them via text. I responded right away and received a text back saying I had received the order. I then received an email confirmation of the order.
I guess we’ll find out soon enough. In the meantime I guess, we shouldn’t count on these orders until we receive a solid confirmation.

If you don’t mind me asking. How do you get your orders if not from Platforms or SS such as Notary Resume/Signing order.
I don’t do loan signings any more; and hearing you all talk I’m really really glad…

Do you still do any type of notary work?
Yes - I still do general notary work when called; I’m also working for a local attorney and work for the Census Bureau; I stay in touch with the loan industry “just in case”, because you never know what will happen in life.

I have said I am available to about 200 jobs and did not receive them. I have received jobs through signing order but none of the ones that I have selected through the job board. It definitely is not an automatic assignment or otherwise I would be slammed with signings. I think like others above have said it just signals you are available but unless you get a text or email confirming then you did not get it. Seems like a signing order cash grab.

I never knew this job board was available, so had to go find it and take a look.
Judging from what I saw…Yeppers, I do believe you are 100% on the mark about it being a cash grab for them. Never seen such low fees! Must post 'em hoping to find someone who doesn’t know their own value and if unsuccessful in that, they start the App at a higher fee.

It does seem to be that. That’s why I haven’t paid the fee. I wanted to see how their process was.

Yes! thank you everyone for you feedback, it really helps. This SS is different. At least others will let you know ASAP by saying the “order has been assigned to another notary”. This one seems to keep you in the dark and is a bit deceiving by keeping you in a “green”status with no further communication. 
So in conclusion, I guess I don’t have 2 signings for tomorrow
Lol…it’s ok. It’s the same with me. One of mine is still showing a green thumbs up but I know it will show it is no longer available. I would like to hear from veteran signing agents what signing companies do you recommend outside of the major ones? Thank You
