Very disturbing to me. I am on Signingorder.com and have not received one job. Example.
This morning at 9:00 and 9:30 jobs were just posted and I replied yes and received nothing. This has been going on for a month. Also if I am not on their platform, I do not see any job listings. What am I doing wrong?
@lauriemazza.nsa27 Your query generates many additional questions . . . I see you’re in FL.
-
How long have you been marketing your professional services & networking?
-
How many loan signings have you completed?
-
What Training & Certification Program did you undergo?
-
How many other potential clients have you connected with so far?
-
Receive any Signing Orders [SOs] from those business entities?
-
Have you checked into the recommendation I made to you 4 days ago about diversification?

I get most of my signings through signingorder.com. I went through this last week, where every text blast I responded to I never got a single one. This week I have 2 signings in two days from them. I have the same issue with snapdocs. I get 5-10 offers per week but never get anything from them.
@takenotenotaryservices It’s a common experience . . .

SigningOrder.com (NotaryResume). Can anyone please help me how to get notifications via text/sms and email if there are new jobs posted from this service? 10 minutes ago, I checked the job board, there were only 2 old jobs. just a couple minutes ago, I checked the board again, there are 5 new jobs but are already taken! There is no way that I will keep refreshing the web-based job board every minute. Thanks for your input and support!
You aren’t doing anything wrong.
Signingorder.com as of late has been heavily “shopping” orders around.
I am going to give you a real life example, that just occured. I answered a public post for a signing in my area (south of Orlando) on signingorder. The price was fair, and I had other work I was already doing in that area, so it would have been a great add on. The post was removed. I saw this same job posted 4 other times, all for the same address, all for sequentially declining prices. I never got the order, but from what I can see, they are really trying to play hard ball with notaries and get the absolute rock bottom prices for any assignment through their system.
I am seeing orders come through signingorder for reverse mortages in my area for $50.00 and these are 200 plus page packages with 8-12 notarizations, based upon my knowledge of that lender. I have real estate closings coming through for $35.
I firmly believe this is a function of the market is declining as far as sales volume (home sales, re-fi, HELIOC) and that the number of notaries entering the market has flooded the talent pool. Look at YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, etc. You can’t watch any of these online “gurus” who say now is the best time to enter the signing agent talent pool. But yet, they are making their funds off of the monetization of their social media platforms or classes they offer.
@brucem1213 As it’s been expressed multiple times on the Notary Cafe forum previously, the 6-figure guy is engaging in explicitly misleading marketing techniques.
This is why I regularly express for each entrepreneur/business owner to perform their OWN due diligence prior to launching ANY business within ANY business sector.

I have a rates page on signingorder but in some cases it’s less than I will accept. But reverse mortgage is $150 in county. I won’t move off that. Those are rough signings and can take literally FOREVER. I have also seen signingorder drop in volume. And I counter almost every order. They could be leaving me off offers and that’s okay.
I’ve been on that platform for about six years and I’ve never received an assignment from them. There are a few posts in the form that states that there may be a time gap difference or that it really is not up-to-date to match the time that they post for the assignment and the time that you actually see it and select it.
You’re not doing anything wrong it really just does not work. Unfortunately there’s no one to call directly to make inquiries about it either. Have you signed up with Other platforms to start getting work?
