Orders from Notary Resume/Signing Order

Hello, every time I accept an order in SigningOrder & it is assigned to me, I get a confirmation & it appears on my order list. If I am not selected, I do not get anything.

Thank you for your response. It makes sense.

I reported the zip code issue as they have me as NY and I live in NC!!! Support said they already know! So I was like OKAY then! Here is the support email if you need it. support@signingorder.com

Goodness! So they know, they just don’t do anything about it. It doesn’t seem that it would be very complicated to just go in and correct a 5 digit code. Is it something that can possibly be corrected in your profile (address), if that’s where the error is coming from. I’m sure you’ve probably tried that.

Thank you for the support address. Good to know :+1:

No as it appears we only have the ability to enter the zip code. It must be pulling from a table they have set up somewhere. She told me it was corrected but it clearly is not. Also, she said they are upgrading the end of this month where the board can be filtered. We shall see.

Good luck, hope it gets corrected!

Hello Everyone,

I’ve come to learn the Job board is nothing more than really a gimmick to get a few extra dollars a month.
Most of the listings on the job board are jobs they sent out with a text and weren’t immediately picked up by the notaries in that area… Most of the time when you reply to a job there you will not get it because it was already assigned. The Green Yes just means you agreed to do it if they don’t find anyone else.

Hope This Helps…

Until a better offer comes along. So many of these systems/agencies will accept my reply, but never get back unless I’m assigned the signing. Given that so many signings get sucked up in just a few minutes, I assume that 10 minutes going by without hearing anything means it isn’t assigned.

Caveat: snapdocs is usually pretty clear when an assignment has been assigned to someone else. Once, after receiving an offer 2.5 hours prior to signing, and after accepting it still seemed to be open, I hunted down the title company and asked if it was still open. The lady was surprised, and asked whether I could no longer perform the job. Apparently they had problems with snapdocs that day and had thought I had been assigned, but it just hadn’t gone through. Bottom line: I did the signing, and they bumped up the fee $50 in appreciation for me following up and saving getting it done on time.

Yes, sometimes technology fails. I just found out the NotaryGo site is down today!

Yes, I’ve been trying a few times today

Yes I have the same issue and I gave up to accept because I have on job replies about 21.

I got 2 text order request just 15 hours ago. It works.

Pretty sure the green button just acknowledges that your offer was received.

Job Board on signingorder.com warns you several times that, just because you make an offer, you are not guaranteed to receive the assignment.

If you have not received a confirmation from the posting company, you do not have an assignment.

We figured out it’s just an acceptance and not an actual order. On the “job board” at least, it doesn’t seem to be accurate.

Thank you!

Hi

Yes, thank you!

Hello,

I actually called the company that was placing the orders. I would get the same response. The text blast go to the job board, you select yes but someone else selected yes too. Here is the kicker; if the blast was sent to one of the prior Signing Agent they have a reputation with; the servicing coming will pick them over you. Especially if you are not close to the location, and then again if you are close to the location they will pick the NSA they have worked with for a long period. So far I have 2 from the job board and they were near my location.
When you are new you have to show your work in order to get in good with a servicing company. So each time you do a signing always make sure you take it serious.

Happy Signing~~~

OMG I thought it was just me. I have replied to over 50 assignments and not one has been assigned to me. Its so frustrating. I thought it was because of my location so I started replying to assignments as far as 50 miles away and still nothing.

Some I replied to will sit there for days and then state no longer available. But what really frustrated me today was I that I shared it with a couple notaries I network with and when they signed up today they immediately got an assignment. One even got one I replied to yesterday.

I have emailed them multiple times and they keep sending me the same verbiage without answering my questions. Im beyond frustratede
