Nick Colvill is the owner he also is pushing is Jurat Inc app he developed to new notaries who have no idea how to use it. . This man is a total jerk. He got me off the FNF Notary list because I charged for print and trip fee. I drove 35 mils for a signing in my area , he didnât even know anything about the signing location and details of the loan. When I got to the signing, the signers refused to sign because the names were misspelled. So I made all the phone calls necessary and updated the status on Snap Docs. It took him 1 month to pay me a print and trip fee. So I called the borrower to let them know what kind of individual this guy was. Apparently Nick found out and sent me a nasty email threating me telling me I was âharrassingâ his clients! Mind you Iâve only done one signing for his BS company. I suggest NO ONE work with him
I did some work for Notaries In Action, same [Removed by NC Moderators] that operates Prestige NotariesâŠ(Jennifer Garland)âŠshe wouldnât pay and ignores my emails, calls and texts. Filed a complaint with the AG of WA state and they were less than helpful; said itâs not in their jurisdiction and basically just blew me off.
