(AZ) Case in point today…I swear to you aim not making this stuff up…
Today I had a signing where the top of the document read …” borrow swears”……… then in the Notary area it says that the “borrower acknowledges and does not swear”…… confusing enough for you?
Next document borrower swears and acknowledges… because I know my state laws I could not affix my signature to this document so I had to attach a Jurat and an acknowledgment certificate.
