Greetings, my fellow notaries! 
I just wanted to ask around to see how often other notaries still get scam Zoom or other video requests as of late.
Last month, I posted an update about the National Notary Association (NNA) disabling the “Send a Message” feature to limit misuse of their Find a Notary website.
Since then, the amount of scam Zoom (or other video) requests has dropped by more than 90% for me (for a time, I had been getting them daily). I still get them once in a while (but it’s directly through my email only), and I can see on this forum that other notaries still get them as well.
But I’m just really curious if this has really died down in general for everyone, or is it just me? I don’t want to jynx it, but just wondering if these scammers are finally getting the message that it doesn’t work and are just moving on to other ways to scam people. Though I’m sure they will never stop it completely, since just a few successful scams can be profitable for them.
