I was assigned a buyer’s package today for 2pm. When arrived, I started the process with the signer. he received a call from his daughter telling him not to sign because the information on the down payment was incorrect.
I called RAH signings and they said it was okay and not to continue. Now they let me know I was only getting paid $25 for the copies after they agreed to $90 for the signing and $25 for the copies.
They wanted to schedule me for tomorrow and refused to give me $25 extra for the signing for today’s visit and for tomorrow, which would of been $140. It is not the Notary signing agents fault the paperwork was not to the liking of the signer. Just giving a heads up on how they handle their business. I am sure I won’t get selected again for a signing but I also don’t want companies taking advantage of my time.
