I want to post this in hopes that my message will save someone a headache.
I signed up for a certified signing course and background check with RNP. I didn’t do my research and paid double!!!
However, after I finished the course and passed 2 exams I was supposed to receive my certificates; I’m STILL waiting I’ve called, email and created several help “tickets” to no avail.
I was deceived by Belinda (sales person) she misrepresented their services, I spoke to her and she said well they’ve changed the rules ohhh well.
Please go directly to a well known company (NNA) and save your self grief!!!
Thank so much for sharing I was just about to take the course too. But I could not find any thing on the company not even a address. I’m staying with NNA!
I once had a problem with a listing site (not this one or the other two major ones) - part of their “agreement” was you had to let them know in writing prior to your renewal date that you did not wish to renew. Well, I did notify them but they hit my account anyway for the renewal price.
So, I sent a letter to their state’s Attorney General outlining what happened, what I did and what they did, and sent copies of the communication. I got my money back.
Something to consider. In the meantime yes, stay with a reputable certification program. NNA is widely recognized, although for more in-depth, comprehensive training I’d suggest Notary2Pro. Not only do you get good training but you get post training support.
If you paid for the courses and background check with a credit card you can dispute it. They either have to provide what you paid for or the credit card company will charge back the money you paid and refund you.
omg they are the worst I didn’t know any better when I started and I took there Notary Signing Agent course but I had to take 2 Webinars that were cancelled for over a month without any notification they were cancelled!
Belinda was the worst she wouldn’t take my calls after they did not respond to my requests then had the nerve to call me when I finished the course to ask if I wanted to take other classes with them!!
I decided quickly to get everything done through the NNA and it was great and I have been working!
I AM HEARTSICK! Real Notary Pros is not only trying to copy my company name of Notary2Pro but they are actually using some of my training videos and using them as their own! I am gathering information now and plan on contacting my attorneys to file suit. Absolute WORST. I am so BEYOND angry. I call everyday and get the runaround. Leave messages. They never call back. I can’t get my vendor # to start working, etc. Basically they just take money and do NOTHING. I am going to try and get it back and call Atty General. Not sure how they still in business
Most unethical company I’ve known.
Took my money and did not provide any training.
What do you call a company that does not return emails or calls?

I agree, I just finished speaking with Notary2Pro very knowledgeable and professional person. She does offer post training support and my friend used her as well.
I NEED HELP!!! If you are a victim of Real Notary Pros Or National Signing Source PLEASE contact me. I am gathering evidence and am going to devote a good deal of my time to taking these guys down! Thank you for posting. I also had a horrible experience with this company. I was also later realized that I paid twice as much as I should have and was sold on the idea (also by Belinda) that this company was a direct hire. They post job listing on Indeed.com etc. To make matters worse, I found out shortly after connecting with a few signing companies that beginning in January of this year the big banks were requiring NNA certification. I had to pay another $65 to get that done. Also, I informed Real Notary Pros that their background check wasn’t being accepted and I just got the runaround. I will never do business with them again. I wish I had paid with a credit card rather then my debit card so I could have easily disputed it. Like the rest of you all, I received no benefit from this company and the training was a joke.
I have not given up and want you to know we now have a former homicide detective from Tennesse with friends in the FBi, a court worker in another state with friends in the FBI, the Attorney General’s office in Colorado and I filed a complaint with the FBI, Internet Fraud. I have gathered enough evidence to take these people down but they are beyond slippery and this has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had.
You are so Right! Real Notary Pros is a Scam! They advertise to get people to sign up to take their class but will not support you like they said for a year. They advertise as if they are going to send you assignments, but they don’t. Nobody use their certificate anyway.
